2. Acknowledgement and Response Time

3. What Happens Next

Once your grievance is received:

  • We log the complaint in our Grievance Register.
  • Our Compliance or Grievance Officer reviews the issue.
  • The matter is investigated with the relevant team.
  • You will receive a communication with the outcome or status update.

4. Escalation to SEBI (If Not Resolved) If you are not satisfied with our resolution or do not receive a response within the specified timeline, you may escalate your grievance to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) via the SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) online portal: https://scores.sebi.gov.in/ — This centralized platform facilitates tracking and resolution of investor complaints against intermediaries.

5. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) : If your grievance is still not resolved through SCORES, SEBI has introduced an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal to facilitate conciliation and arbitration for unresolved disputes in the securities market.

6. Confidentiality : All grievances and related information will be handled with strict confidentiality, and your personal data will be used only for the purpose of resolving the complaint.
